AthenaOnline has been talking about the benefits of microlearning for almost 20 years. In the last few years, however, the idea of bite-sized learning has taken off like wildfire. Perhaps it is a due to rapid delivery and deployment. Maybe it is the lack of time available to training and development in organizations.
